What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during these times. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to the US usually take 2-6 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS, etc.) or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net.

What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still did not receive my order?

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email it to us at support@skyvistagroup.com right away. We will replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?
Absolutely! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
